3. DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY

  • Comments: When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string (hash) from your email may be provided to the Gravatar service (Privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/).
  • Media: If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site.
  • Appointment Data: When you book a session, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. This information is used strictly to manage appointments, send reminders, and provide the requested service.
  • Recording Consent Data: As stated in our Terms and Conditions, sessions may be recorded. These recordings are stored securely and used only for the purposes expressly agreed upon (educational or promotional).

4. COOKIES

  • Comments: If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for one year for your convenience.
