1. Services and Scope

FamilyConstellationsByEdu provides family constellation sessions and coaching for personal growth and educational purposes. These services are designed to help individuals understand systemic dynamics and are not a form of therapy or medical treatment.

2. Professional Disclaimer (Essential)

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not prescribe medication or provide mental health clinical services. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional or physician, please consult with them before participating in our sessions.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations: If notice is provided less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full session fee will be charged and is non-refundable.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Confidentiality

Privacy is a pillar of our work.

  • Individual Sessions: All information shared is strictly confidential.

  • Group Sessions: By participating in workshops, you agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the identities and personal stories of other participants.

5. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you confirm that you are emotionally and mentally fit to engage in this work. You assume full responsibility for your well-being and any life decisions made during or after the sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, logos, and materials provided during sessions, is the property of FamilyConstellationsByEdu and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Media Release and Consent to Recording By booking and participating in our sessions (individual or group), you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Consent to Recording: You give your full consent for the session to be recorded in audio and/or video format.

  • Grant of Rights: You grant FamilyConstellationsByEdu the irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, and distribute any such recordings, in whole or in part, for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes across any media platform (including social media and our website).

  • Waiver of Compensation: You agree that these recordings may be used without further notice to you and without any compensation or royalties.

  • Anonymity Option: If you wish to participate but remain anonymous in any future publication, you must notify us in writing via email (123.constelemos@gmail.com) before the session begins.
